Ifeoma Okafor is a dual-qualified Human Resource Management professional with global and local recognition. With a collegiate background in Law, Ifeoma is an Associate of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD, UK) which is the leading professional body for HR and people development in Europe and the Middle East, and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM, Nigeria), the foremost HR regulatory body shaping best practices and standards in Nigeria's workforce.
In addition to her HR credentials, Ifeoma is an alumna of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), a respected governance and compliance institute in Nigeria equipping professionals with the tools to drive ethical business practices, corporate governance, and organizational strategy.
